Kopaonik

As the largest ski center in Serbia, with excellent prepared trails provides immense enjoyment to all categories of skiers, from beginners to skiers at the top level. The Kopaonik ski center extends to about 55 km of trails and ski trails arranged for alpine and Nordic skiing. For lovers of night skiing in the very center of the ski resort, the “Malo Jezero” track is illuminated. In addition, for the youngest skiers and all other beginners, who make their first skiing steps, there is a secure ski pass area with a conveyor belt and a carousel that makes it easy to master the basic ski skills.

Kopaonik has over 50 kilometers of arranged alpine tracks, of which there are 6 FIS slalom and giant slalom slopes. The trails serve a system of 24 ski lifts with a total capacity of over 33 000 skiers per hour, which makes it one of the largest ski centers in this part of Europe. The center has 3 six-seater, 7 four-seater (4 switchable – 6 600 skiers per hour and 3 regular – 4 200 skiers per hour), 2 two-seater, 2 ski lifts type anchor, 8 ski lifts and plate 3 ski lifts. The track has 15 light, 10 medium and 7 heavy trails.

What is very important to note is that all trails are interconnected and are a few tens of meters away from the central complex of the hotel (ski to door). For hotels, apartments, cottages and other accommodation facilities that are far away from the starting lifts, there are several private ski operators that regularly travel to the starting lifts.
